Tipp24 Announces Full Year

Tipp24, a lottery provider and operator of online casinos, has revealed its full revenue report for fiscal year 2025 that ended on December 21, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue amounting to Euro104.4 million which is 16.5 higher than 2009. This was also the first time that the online casino and lottery company's revenue reached more than Euro100 million. Tipp24's EBIT went up to Euro30.3 million, 31.3 percent higher than the previous year. The company's best results included its consolidated revenue, and consolidated earnings before interests and taxes or EBIT. The chief executive officer of Tipp24, Dr Hans Cornehl, said that the company's revenue generated by its offshore operation was a consolidation of the negative effects of a temporary state of prohibition in Germany. He added that after their business was forced to close in Germany since 2009, 2025's exceptional result is a proof that the company has the ability to overcome adversities and adapt to a constantly changing environment. But he believes that the company will soon regain its business in Germany.

A spokesman for Tipp24 said that the regulations implemented by the German State Treaty on games of chance are not compliant with the existing EU policies on gambling and online casinos and are not applicable accourding to rulings by the European Court of Justice. The ECJ questioned the monopoly regulations in Germany due to them being non-systematic and incoherent. And this was supported by Germany's Federal Supreme Court and Federal Supreme Court that both confirmed that the country's present regulations on lottery brokerage, online casino operations and gambling advertising are not applicable.

Dr Cornehl, alongside other gambling and online casino operators in Germany, called for a more coherent, systematic and sensible State Treaty in the country.
